About the workshops
My training programmes are individually designed, practice-oriented professional development courses that I develop and deliver for institutions, public administrations, companies, banks and educational organisations. They focus on strengthening professional communication skills, developing social competencies, fostering empathy and emotional intelligence, and promoting constructive feedback as well as effective strategies for handling difficult conversations and conflict situations.
In addition, I offer a wide range of educational topics related to working with children, adolescents and parents. Another key focus of my training programmes is respectful communication, successful collaboration, and the professional management of interculturality and diversity.
The aim of my training programmes is to help participants develop their communication, social, pedagogical, methodological and personal competencies in a sustainable way, enhance their self-awareness and awareness of others, and successfully apply these skills in both their professional and personal lives.

Mes formations sont des programmes de formation continue, conçus sur mesure et résolument orientés vers la pratique. Je les développe moi-même et les propose à des institutions, administrations, entreprises, banques ainsi qu'à des établissements d'enseignement. Elles mettent l'accent sur le développement des compétences en communication professionnelle, le renforcement des compétences sociales, de l'empathie et de l'intelligence émotionnelle, ainsi que sur la pratique du feedback constructif et la gestion des entretiens difficiles et des conflits.
Je propose également des formations à caractère pédagogique consacrées au travail avec les enfants, les adolescents et les parents. Un autre axe essentiel de mes formations est la communication bienveillante, la collaboration efficace ainsi que la gestion professionnelle de l'interculturalité et de la diversité.
L'objectif de mes formations est de développer durablement les compétences communicationnelles, sociales, pédagogiques, méthodologiques et personnelles des participants, d'affiner leur conscience de soi et leur perception des autres, et de les aider à mettre ces compétences en pratique avec succès, tant dans leur vie professionnelle que dans leur vie privée.

Meine Fortbildungen sind individuell konzipierte und praxisorientierte Weiterbildungsangebote, die ich selbst entwickle und für Institutionen, Verwaltungen, Unternehmen, Banken sowie Bildungseinrichtungen anbiete. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die Förderung der professionellen Kommunikationskompetenz, die Erweiterung sozialer Kompetenzen, die Stärkung von Empathie und emotionaler Intelligenz sowie das konstruktive Feedback und der Umgang mit schwierigen Gesprächen und Konflikten.

Ziel meiner Fortbildungen ist es, die kommunikativen, sozialen, pädagogischen, methodischen und persönlichen Kompetenzen der Teilnehmenden nachhaltig zu fördern, ihre Selbst- und Fremdwahrnehmung zu schärfen und sie dabei zu unterstützen, diese Fähigkeiten erfolgreich im beruflichen und privaten Alltag anzuwenden.

With many years of experience as a trainer, I design and deliver high-quality training programmes in the fields of communication, management, personal development and non-formal education. My training sessions are tailored to the needs of the participants and are recognised for their practical, interactive and personalised approach, as demonstrated by the consistently very positive evaluations received from participants.
I hold more than 20 professional development certificates obtained from various accredited training centres, as well as accreditation certificates authorising me to provide educational training in accordance with the national reference frameworks for non-formal education of children and young people and for childcare and family support. My teaching experience at the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP) has also provided me with in-depth knowledge of the public sector.
Forte de nombreuses années d'expérience en tant que formatrice, je conçois et anime des formations de haute qualité dans les domaines de la communication, du management, du développement personnel ainsi que de l'éducation non formelle. How it works
I begin with a clear, structured input and bring in short interactive elements from the start to keep everyone engaged.
I build the training around real professional situations, discussed in detail, with clear tasks before any group work.
Participants work in groups and present their results; I then lead a plenary discussion to secure the key points.
I use a variety of techniques, encourage active participation, and invite people to express and justify their own views.
I check understanding with follow up questions and by rephrasing complex ideas.
I leave time to reflect and ask questions, and close with the key techniques as practical, ready to use tips.
Every session is adapted to the goals and needs of the participants or the institution, so the training fits their reality as closely as possible.
